Since 2015 Atlas Scada has delivered automation, dispatching and fire-automation projects at facilities of varying complexity — from local engineering systems to comprehensive automation of industrial and government sites. Among them are the pump stations of Quryq Port, the heating substations of the Prosecutor General’s Office of the RK, and the engineering systems of Astana Arena and Green Mall. Below is a selection of completed facilities with the client, type of work and timeline.
Quryq Port — Marine Firefighting System
Restoration of a 2×140 kW pump station, zoned automatic suppression, foam fire suppression for the railway tracks, dispatch integration with the fire brigade, and redundant control.
Prosecutor General's Office of the RK — heating substations
Reconstruction of heating substations with a full replacement of automation: automatic control of coolant temperature, protective algorithms, and connection to dispatch monitoring.
Astana Arena — Fire Suppression System
Restoration with replacement of outdated automation: new control cabinets, controllers, protection algorithms, and integration with the fire alarm system.
Green Mall Shopping Center — Fire Suppression
Installation and automation of the shopping center's fire suppression systems: pump units, control cabinets, automatic standby switchover, motor protection, commissioning.
Almatau Residential Complex — Pumping Stations
Automation installation and assembly of fire-fighting pumping stations: main and standby units, control cabinets, automatic standby switchover, commissioning.
Anvar Store — heat substation
Commissioning of the retail facility's heat substation: verification of installation and instrumentation, parameter tuning, startup under load and putting into operation.
