Atlas is our own dispatching platform, which we develop and maintain ourselves. It unites the equipment of different facilities into a single monitoring and control system: the operator sees the state of boiler houses, heating substations, pump stations, ventilation and other engineering systems on one screen and controls them remotely. This is not a resale of someone else’s SCADA under our name, but our own product — so we can adapt it to the client’s tasks, add drivers and features, and remain independent of a third-party vendor’s licensing policy.
The platform covers the «top level» of automation. The local automation (controllers, I&C) controls the equipment on site, while Atlas handles data acquisition, visualization, alarms, archiving and remote access. This approach increases reliability: the facility keeps working even when the connection is lost, while the dispatcher has the full picture and control tools from anywhere.

Equipment and protocols
The platform collects data over the industrial protocols Modbus RTU/TCP, BACnet and OPC UA and works with controllers and devices from different manufacturers. We have connected equipment from ОВЕН/Owen, Siemens, Schneider Electric, Carel, Danfoss and others — so Atlas integrates both into new projects and into already operating systems that have supported communication interfaces.
Open protocols mean independence: you are not tied to a single vendor and can keep developing the system without replacing all the equipment.
Deployment and security
Atlas can be deployed on our dispatching server or on the client’s server (on-premise), depending on data and security requirements. It is a domestic product, which reduces import-dependency risks.
Access is protected with authentication and role-based permissions, a log of events and operator actions is kept, and critical commands can be additionally confirmed. We develop the platform with industrial-grade security requirements in mind.

How Atlas differs from a typical SCADA
There are many SCADA systems on the market, and most integrators resell someone else’s product under license. We chose a different path — we develop our own platform. For the client this means several practical differences.
- Our own product, not a vendor license. We develop the platform ourselves, can add a needed driver or feature, and don’t depend on someone else’s pricing policy or sanction risks.
- Adaptation to the facility. Mimic diagrams, alarm logic and reports are tailored to your technology rather than squeezed into the limits of an off-the-shelf solution.
- Domestic development. Reducing import dependency is an important factor for government and infrastructure facilities.
- Single accountability. We design, assemble panels, program controllers and run dispatching on our own platform — one contractor is responsible for the whole stack.
- Mobile access out of the box. A web and mobile client are part of the platform — no need to buy separate modules for each workstation.
How we implement the platform
Connecting to dispatching is an engineering project, not «installing a program». We run it in clear stages and take responsibility for the result.
- Survey. We study the facility, the equipment and the available communication interfaces, and define the list of parameters to monitor and control.
- Connecting equipment. We set up data acquisition over Modbus, BACnet or OPC UA; if needed, we refine the panels and controller program.
- Platform configuration. We draw mimic diagrams, set up tags, trends, access rights and the ISA-18.2 alarm system for your technology.
- Commissioning and training. We check all modes, train dispatchers and operators, and hand over the documentation.
- Support. Through the platform we run remote monitoring, assist and develop the system as the facility grows.
The result is not just a «screen with numbers», but a working control room that reduces accidents, saves resources and makes operation transparent.
