This Policy describes how Atlas Scada (hereinafter the "Company", "we"), registered in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Astana, collects, uses and protects data when you use the atlas-scada.kz website, as well as when you interact with our official social-media pages (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) and messengers (WhatsApp) operated via the official application programming interfaces (API) of Meta Platforms.

1. What data we collect

  • Contact details you provide voluntarily: name, phone, email, organization name — when filling in forms on the site or contacting us.
  • Inquiry data on social media and messengers: the content of messages, comments and inquiries sent to us via Facebook, Instagram, Threads or WhatsApp, including your public profile (username, account ID) provided by the Meta platforms.
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, cookies, visit statistics.

2. Purposes of data processing

  • responding to your requests and consulting on services;
  • preparing commercial offers and fulfilling contracts;
  • publishing content and communicating with the audience on our official accounts;
  • improving the website and service quality.

We process data only for the stated purposes and do not sell it to third parties.

3. Transfer of data to third parties

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties, except in cases provided for by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Data processing on social networks is additionally governed by the policies of the respective platforms (Meta Platforms).

4. Data storage and deletion

We store personal data no longer than necessary for the processing purposes. Data is deleted without undue delay when it is no longer needed, or upon your request.

How to request data deletion: at any time you can request free deletion of all data we have collected by emailing info@atlas-scada.kz with the subject "Data deletion", or by messaging us on any of our official accounts. We will process the request within 30 days. There is no charge for data deletion.

5. Data protection

We apply technical and organizational measures to protect data from unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure.
