Control panel assembly

Custom assembly and manufacturing of control panels (CP), automation cabinets, ATS and main distribution boards — to your design or our specification. Component base: Schneider, ABB, Siemens, Owen. Astana, Kazakhstan.

Control panel assembly is the stage where a design becomes a finished product. Atlas Scada builds control cabinets (CP), automation cabinets, ATS panels and main distribution boards to order — for industrial, commercial and building services systems. Assembly quality directly affects the safety, maintainability and service life of the entire automation system.

We assemble panels both from documentation you provide and by developing the schematic and layout ourselves, agreeing them with the customer. Every panel undergoes inspection and labelling — you receive a product ready for installation, with clear as-built documentation, that is easy to service and upgrade.

What panels we build

  • Control panels (CP) for ventilation, air conditioning and heating.
  • Pump and valve control cabinets, control stations.
  • Automatic transfer switch (ATS) panels for power supply redundancy.
  • Main distribution boards, power and distribution panels.
  • Automation cabinets with controllers and operator panels (HMI).

What the service includes

  • Development or review of the electrical schematic and layout.
  • Selection and procurement of components within the customer's budget and timeline.
  • Mounting of equipment on DIN rails and the back plate, wiring of power and low-current circuits.
  • Labelling of wires and devices per the schematic, preparation of as-built documentation.
  • Continuity testing, load testing and logic verification before shipment.

Component base

We use components from Schneider Electric, ABB, Siemens, Owen, IEK and equivalents — the choice depends on reliability requirements and budget. On request we fit out panels with equipment available on the Kazakhstan market, taking delivery times into account, and select equivalents when specific items are in short supply.

Ingress protection and design

We select the enclosure and layout to suit the operating conditions: IP rating (against dust and moisture), climatic design, wall-mounted or floor-standing design, and the panel's ventilation and heating requirements. For outdoor installation and aggressive environments we specify appropriate enclosures and heating.

Workflow stages

  • Receiving the design or specification and clarifying the panel's functions.
  • Agreeing the bill of materials, layout and cost.
  • Assembly, wiring and in-house testing.
  • Handover of the product with documentation; if required — controller programming and on-site commissioning.

What you get as a result

  • A panel assembled neatly and to the schematic, with honest labelling of every wire and device.
  • A product ready for installation and servicing by any qualified electrician.
  • If needed — a panel prepared for SCADA integration from the outset, with data sent to the Atlas server.

Why Atlas Scada

  • Full cycle: design → assembly → programming → installation → commissioning → service. One contractor is responsible for the result.
  • We assemble what we design and commission ourselves — so the layout is convenient for subsequent commissioning and operation.
  • Experience building panels for boiler houses, heating substations, pumping stations, ventilation and fire automation.

The lead time for a typical panel is roughly 10 to 20 working days, depending on complexity and component availability. We quote the exact cost and timeline after agreeing the bill of materials — send us the design or describe the task, and we will prepare an estimate.
