Almatau Residential Complex — Pumping Stations
Automation installation and assembly of fire-fighting pumping stations: main and standby units, control cabinets, automatic standby switchover, commissioning.
At the Almatau residential complex, Atlas Scada installed the automation systems and assembled the fire-fighting pumping stations, including commissioning and putting them into operation.
Survey and preparation
The utility rooms and design documentation were surveyed; equipment placement points, the composition of the pumping stations, and the automation requirements were determined in accordance with fire-safety regulations.
Assembly of the pumping stations
- Fire-fighting pumps (main and standby units).
- Shut-off and check valves.
- Pressure sensors and signaling devices.
- Measurement and monitoring instruments.
Automation cabinets — implemented functions
- Automatic and manual operating modes.
- Protection of the pump motors.
- System pressure monitoring.
- Automatic engagement of the standby pump.
- Alarm signaling for fault conditions.
Installation and connection
Power and signal cables were routed from the pumping stations to the control cabinets and sensors; all circuits were labeled and verified.
Commissioning works
- Verification of the automation logic.
- Adjustment of the pressure setpoints.
- Testing of the automatic pump start-up.
- Verification of redundancy and fault modes.
Result
The automation system and the fire-fighting pumping stations were put into operation; the facility was handed over to the client in a fully operational state, with reliable and safe system performance. Duration of work — 4 days.

Restoration of a 2×140 kW pump station, zoned automatic suppression, foam fire suppression for the railway tracks, dispatch integration with the fire brigade, and redundant control.

Prosecutor General's Office of the RK — heating substations
Reconstruction of heating substations with a full replacement of automation: automatic control of coolant temperature, protective algorithms, and connection to dispatch monitoring.

Astana Arena — Fire Suppression System
Restoration with replacement of outdated automation: new control cabinets, controllers, protection algorithms, and integration with the fire alarm system.
