Can an operating production line be automated?
Yes. We carry out a survey and modernize the existing automation in stages, where possible without prolonged production shutdowns.
Do you integrate the ICS with SCADA and accounting systems?
Yes. We transfer data to SCADA and to the Atlas dispatching server over Modbus/OPC UA; if needed, we arrange the export of indicators to accounting systems.
How long does it take to automate a production line?
The timeline depends on the complexity of the process and the amount of equipment. After the survey we will state the scope of work, the estimate and the schedule.
